"Texas Caviar" Black-Eyed Pea Dip

3 cans Trappey's Black-Eyed Peas with Jalapeños, drained
3 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 small bell pepper, chopped
1/3 to 1/2 bunch cilantro (coriander), chopped
1 cup zesty italian dressing
garlic salt or garlic powder, to taste
pepper, to taste
additional jalapeños, chopped, to taste (not usually necessary)

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  2. Chill at least 2 hours.
